Welcome to LemonSquare (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital services, including but not limited to website creation, lead automation, and related tools provided via our platform.

By engaging LemonSquare’s services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

1. Services Provided

LemonSquare provides a suite of services designed to streamline digital operations for small businesses, including but not limited to:

Basic website or landing page creation

Lead capture integrations

Automated follow-up sequences (via SMS/email)

Access to a CRM dashboard powered by third-party software (GoHighLevel)

Scope Limitations:
LemonSquare is not responsible for ad management (Google, Meta, etc.), custom software development, or business outcome guarantees unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment & Billing Terms

Subscription Fees are billed in advance every month, unless otherwise stated.

Setup Fees (if applicable) are due prior to the commencement of any work and are non-refundable once work begins.

Late Payments: A grace period of 7 calendar days is provided. Failure to remit payment after this period may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a full refund within 30 calendar days of initial project delivery (i.e., when the site goes live).

After 7 days, all fees are considered earned and non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within the refund period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide all necessary assets (e.g., logos, copy, images, access credentials) in a timely manner.

Review and approve deliverables within 3 business days of receipt.

Maintain professional conduct in all communications with LemonSquare team members.

We are not liable for project delays caused by lack of client response, incomplete materials, or approval delays.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

Lead volume, conversion rates, or business revenue increases.

That all leads generated will be qualified or sale-ready.

Continuous uptime or availability of third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, hosting providers).

Your results depend on your own responsiveness, market demand, and sales ability.

6. Intellectual Property

Websites and assets created by LemonSquare remain the property of LemonSquare until full payment is received.

Upon final payment, intellectual property rights (excluding licensed third-party tools or templates) transfer to the client.

LemonSquare retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LemonSquare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service immediately, with or without notice, in the event of:

Breach of these Terms

Abuse, harassment, or unethical conduct

Non-payment beyond 7 days of due date

Upon termination, access to dashboards, automations, and hosted sites may be revoked.

9. Legal Governance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect upon publication.
